LEVEL-1

For Beginners

The very aim of this course is to establish to bring overall wellbeing and cultivate the habit of practicing yoga regularly. And one can understand the BODY, MIND, ENERGY, coherence . through practicing basic asanas of all the age group and Vital energy practices like PRANAYAMA……and Relaxation practices like YOGA NIDRA.

…………………..Pratyahara is the pivotal point in the practice of yoga where the path leads from the exterior to the interior landscape of the body. Pratyahara translates directly as “sense withdrawal” and is the fifth limb or branch of an eight-staged yogic approach to the unification of body-mind-spirit.

By withdrawing our attention from the external environment and by focusing inwards on the breath and sensations, we still the mind and increase our awareness of the body. With this awareness and focus we can move deeper into the practice of yoga, learning to move through our limitations, fears and expectations.

Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswathi has developed a wonderful practice for bringing about a deep experience of relaxation. In the form of YOGA NIDRA.

BRAHMARI PRANAYAMA:-

Relieves Stress and cerebral tension and so helps in alleviating anger, anxiety and insomnia, & increasing the healing capacity of the body

Its strengthen and improves the voice.

One can Learn 30 Different Practices, including of PAWAN MUKTHASANA series in this course



LEVEL-2

For intermediate

Once regular practice of yoga is been established after completing LEVEL-1, One can aim for 2nd level, where we teach SURYA NAMASKAR, SHATKARMA, BALANCING ASANAS, PRANAYAMA for Regular practitioners

…………..to clear, physical, emotional & mental blocks, to help awaken the energy centre’s of the body and induce tranquility.

SURYANAMASKAR

Synchronizing the breath with physical movements of surya namaskar ensures that the practitioner, atleast for a few minutes daily, breathes as deeply and rhythmically as possible, increasing mental clarity by bringing fresh, oxygenated blood in the system. Especially A TRADITIONAL approach is always Holistic and synchronization of breath, body, mind, movement, awareness
